There is nothing better in business than knowing exactly how much money you're going to make each month instead of having to hunt for your next big sale every month.
Because Saas is cheaper than one-on-one services, clients have far less resistance to signing up.
100 SaaS clients is so much easier to manage than 100 one-on-one clients, allowing you to scale much faster.
Because SaaS agencies have consistent MRR, this is a business you can actually sell later on down the road if you want to cash in big.
I've had one hell of a journey as an agency owner.
I got started, probably just like you, working with clients one-on-one, doing their marketing to generate leads and appointments for them.
While I eventually started doing okay, it was still stressful because I never really knew when I would get my next client, not to mention most clients would discontinue my service after a month, maybe 2.
Selling $1,500-$3,000 packages requires a lot of leads because not a lot of business owners can justify paying that much for marketing in their minds, even if they're getting a decent ROI.
What was really frustrating for me though was that I was getting really good results for clients, but still had never had a $10K month.
It was almost embarrassing to be honest, considering how long I'd be doing it at that point and the results my clients were getting.
Fortunately, I eventually discovered GoHighLevel's SaaS Mode and it completely changed my life.
Of course it wasn't without it's ups and downs, but shortly after implementing SaaS mode into my agency, I finally hit my first $10K month in my agency back in December 2021 (I actually ended the month at $13K).
Now I want to clarify, my SaaS product only accounted for a portion of that $13K (about $5K at the time). This is because I also sell courses, have affiliate and YouTube revenue, etc.
But needless to say, I was ecstatic and new that this was the business model I wanted to focus on.
Now, this is the revenue my Saas product currently generates in my agency and what is possible for yours as well:
And that's just my SaaS product! That doesn't include the other revenue streams in my agency or the sign up fees and upsells for my SaaS product! That's just the Monthly Recurring Revenue!
Sometimes I have to pinch myself when I look at those numbers because I eventually got to the point that I truly thought I was never going to reach my goals, so it almost doesn't seem real.
For whatever reason, it just seemed like I could never break through to the next level.
But sometimes, you just need to find the right tools and business model to match your skillset and goals.
That's what GoHighLevel SaaS mode did for me and why I'm so excited to now share my experience and everything I've learned so far about building this type of agency with you.
I hope you will join me on this amazing journey and allow me the privilege of helping you reach your goals by building this awesome and ultimate lifestyle business - the GoHighLevel SaaS Agency.
To your success,

Step-By-Step Roadmap
Get access to entire library of video training where I take you over my shoulder and show you step-by-step how to build a 6 figure SaaS Agency.
Proven Marketing Systems
I share the exact marketing strategies that I use for both myself and my clients to generate a consistent flow of new leads and appointments every single month. These include Facebook Group Prospecting, automated LinkedIn Outreach, and Facebook ads.
Part #1: Build An EPIC Industry-Specific SaaS Product
This is the key to building a 6 figure SaaS agency. It doesn't matter how good your funnel is, how good your sales or presentation skills are, etc. If you don't have a product that clients want and that actually gets them the results they're looking for, you'll never build a successful agency. That's why the first thing we start with inside the University is how to build an EPIC SaaS product specifically for the industry you want to target that clients will be more than happy to pay for every single month.
Part #2: Your SaaS Agency Infrastructure
Having the right funnel, assets, automations, and follow-up in your agency is crucial for actually converting leads into clients. That's why we focus on your Agency Infrastructure first BEFORE doing any marketing for your agency. Fortunately for you, I literally give you my entire agency snapshot so you don't have to build anything from scratch. This includes the exact funnel, automations, pipeline, etc. that I use in my own agency right now.
Part #3: SaaS Agency Marketing and Lead Generation
Once your infrastructure is in place, now we can focus on getting leads into your agency pipeline. This is where you'll start incorporating my proprietary Facebook Group Prospecting system, as well as my automated LinkedIn Direct Outreach and Facebook ads strategies to fill your pipeline with prospects who are actually interested in your SaaS product.
Part #4: Client Management and Scaling
Client management is actually easier than many think when you do it correctly. With the right systems in place, you can easily have 100 - 200 clients without having a large team. With that said, I show you some simple things you can do to manage clients, onboard new team members, and even scale your agency using things like affiliate partnerships and paid sponsorships.
These are some common questions I get regarding the university

It really depends on you. Everybody's journey is different. Some people are better at sales when they get started. Some people have more time to commit to growing their agency. This is a business that you need to commit to long-term, regardless of how long it takes because it is absolutely worth it.
Of course. I have a Facebook group specifically for SaaS agency owners that you can post questions in or connect with me directly. We may also do monthly townhall meetings later on as well depending on demand.
While this is not meant to be a GoHighLevel mastery program, you will indirectly become much more proficient with GoHighLevel because I'm showing how to use the funnel builder, workflow builder, etc.
